John is an American actor known for his roles in Knight of Quixote and Murder Comes to Town. Although John is known primarily as a character actor of dark, villainous types he has shown his versatility in such roles as Bobby Bennett, a fast-talking TV pitchman, a Shaman in the NatGeo series, Origins and as God in the indie short film Endgame. While studying acting and drama at Wright State University in his hometown of Dayton, Ohio. John was active in community theater productions as well. Some of these include George M and Ayn Rand's The Night of January 16. John has also appeared in several music videos with roles in Lose My Mind -Brett Eldridge, We Believe-Newsboys, and Tara Thompson's Someone to Take Your Place to name a few. An avid traveler, John makes it a point to study dialects and character traits in whichever part of the world he may find himself.

Every time he's on set John will have a tin of either Altoids or Ice Breakers. This is for a quick dose of energy during long scenes when he can't get to the craft table. (His favorite is Altoids Wintergreen).

The first big-budget feature film that John worked on was "Boulevard" which , sadly, marked Robin William's final on-screen performance.

John was offered a leading role for his first theatrical production. For the 1964 Park Layne Elementary production of Humpty Dumpty.
